Amed refers to a long stretch of coast running from the village of Culik about 14 km eastwards incorporating the seven villages of Amed, Jemeluk, Bunutan, Lipah, Selang, Banyuning and Aas. The pace of life here is slow and the coastal scenery quite stunning making Amed the perfect place for a relaxed holiday in Bali.
Amed local’s make a living from tourism, fishing or salt-making. It is a nice get-away from the busy hustle and bustle of Kuta or Gili Trawangan. With many local warungs (little restaurants which are usually family owned) and of course lots of dive shops thanks to some awesome dive sites at the northern-east tip of Bali.
The sunsets are spectacular here and make Mount Agung look even more majestic.
The airport is just a 2hrs drive away and Amed offers one of the best dive and snorkeling spots in Bali. The world famos USAT Liberty Ship Wreck in Tulamben is just around the corner. And the Jemeluk Bay is 2 minutes from our dive shop with its impressive wall up to 45 meters deep and an artifical reef.
So book your trip with us today and we will show you some amazing dive sites in our area.
